An increasing number of young people from Generation Z are becoming aware of the downside of trying to keep up in the fast-paced society and are willing to take action. As Alicia Keys once said, ‘the world is on fire, but they know they could fly away from it’. The goal is to go back to the basics and seek for the things that bring them meaning in life. This can be expressed in various forms, including exploring spirituality. But what does spirituality mean in today’s context?
