American Psycho

You probably encountered men who portray themselves as a projection of what they think a successful businessman is supposed to be. I would describe them as those young urban professional alpha males who were shaped by competitive western capitalism. They have status, they have power, and they particularly look the part. But since our patriarchal system is crumbling, these men do not know how to behave anymore. We feel that there is something quite wrong with them. While clinging onto everything they still have, they lash out against their challengers.
In this insight deck we will examine who these men are, how they were raised and what makes them lash out against women in particular. We will dissect the mind of an American Psycho.
